What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

Our MOQ starts at 100 litres for most oils. For specialty oils, MOQ may be 50L. We can accommodate smaller quantities for new business trials at slightly higher rates.

Can I order sample bottles before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We offer paid samples (100ml to 1L bottles) for evaluation. This allows you to test quality and suitability before committing to a bulk order.

Do you offer credit terms for repeat buyers?

We do not offer any credit facility. All orders must be paid 100% in advance; credit terms are not available.

What lab reports and certifications do you provide?

Third-party lab reports (Extra charges apply) covering purity, adulteration tests, free fatty acids, peroxide value. FSSAI and Trade licence copies available on request.

Can you do custom packaging or white-labelling?

Absolutely! We offer custom packaging and complete white-labelling services. Minimum order for custom packaging is typically 3,000 litres/Product.

What is your delivery timeline for bulk orders?

Standard delivery is 10 to 15 days for orders up to 500L. Smaller orders take 5 to 7 days with priority processing. Express delivery available in metros within 5 to 7 days for urgent requirements (Subjected to availability and additional charges apply).

Do you ship internationally?

We do not export directly to any country; we supply bulk quantities only to India-based exporters, with India-side documentation support, 100% advance payment, customised packaging, and an MOQ starting at 1,000 litres for export orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) for local orders and wire transfers for international orders, with 100% advance payment required; LCs and cheques are not accepted.
