1. Shipping Information

  • Dispatch Time: 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation

  • Delivery Time: 4–7 business days depending on your location

  • Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout (free shipping may apply on select orders)

 

2. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.

 

3. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or expired product received

  • Product packaging tampered on delivery

Return window: Within 5 days of delivery
Conditions: Product must be unused and in original packaging

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or opened items

  • Customized or promotional items

  • Items returned without proper justification or beyond the return window
